Shipping Policy

  1. Terms and Conditions
  • Products will be shipped only after the customer has placed an order and payment confirmation
  • The customer can contact our company during normal business days ( which does not include public holidays, events and Sundays ) from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM. We reserve the right to provide customer service outside of business hours
  • The product will usually reach its destination within 3 days, usually excluding public holidays in the company and Sundays.
  • For pre-order products, the company will deliver within several days as the announcement said. (Information can be found on the company’s Socialmedia account )
  • The customer must pay an extra delivery fee for the delivery of new products to the company in this following case:

○  The information provided by the customer is incorrect. such as incorrect address, product type, needed to add additional discount, etc.

○  The company has delivered the product to the customer’s address. according to the agreed upon date and time But the recipient of the product was not found and could not contact the customer.

Through which channels are our products shipped?

  • Orders are shipped by Kerry Express and ThaiPost

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm, excluding national holidays in Thailand.
